• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
• Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the size and type of item ordered.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
• Standard Delivery (Mainland UK): 7–15 business days
• Remote Areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands): 10–20 business days
Some larger furniture items may take slightly longer due to courier scheduling or assembly requirements. We’ll always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs
• We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50.
• Orders under £50 will incur a delivery fee
• Any additional delivery charges (e.g., for oversized or heavy items) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking and Delivery
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where possible.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• For larger items, our delivery partners may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order, as re-delivery fees may apply if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is delayed:
• Please contact us at sales@auralivingstore.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
• Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.
• For lost or delayed deliveries, we will work with our couriers to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
